Lynn Bonnell took over the apartment complex that my mom lives in, It has been a nightmare ever since. Not only did EVERYBODY move out but now she is trying to say my mom owes a months rent, how could she when she has receipts for EVERY month' This lady is crooked and i just can't believe she is still in business. Somebody needs to do something about her because I CAN'T STAND HER. She cheats people out of their money in any way that she can. I don't normally wish bad things on people but this is one person i would make an exception for. Most places charge an application fee normally around 20 -30. Lynn was charging a $30 app fee. But when you look through her files...she doesn't process the application. She just lets anyone move in and pockets that money.
DO NOT RENT FROM HER UNLESS YOU WANT HER TO SUCK YOU DRY,

This, unfortunately, is quite accurate. Bonnell is extremely unpleasant in demeanor and dishonest in business ethics.

I dont have very good credit and I also have a eviction and I am having a hard time finding a place and I was thinking of trying AB rentals but since I heard ur complaint I have changed my mind
