Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Winter: outside all icy and you have to call 2-3 times to get snow/ice plowed. (They would never come by themselves). And, when it is done, the quality is poor (For example, stairways would still be icy.)
A parking line would be faded and they would not bother to repaint them despite several requests.
Had a mouse in the apartment upon move-in (they put a mouse trap the next day, but the mouse went away by itself upon chasing). Also, having some tiny bugs since move-in. COMBAT does not help.
Maintenance is normally within 24 hours, but the attitude is getting worse. I try to fix many things by myself instead of calling them.
