i've had stuff stolen from my apartment when maintenance was inside my apartment. i had to fill out a police report and apt mart didn't lift a finger to help me out. in fact apt mart acted as if i stole my own stuff.i always paid my rent on time and lived in the apt for nearly 3 years. you would expect better service.
i just moved out and was told that i was out of the house 4 days after the month was over. in fact i was out of the apt 3 weeks before the end of the month. again no help no offers to refund my money. DON'T rent from these people ever.
the people in front office are usually rude and make you feel as if you are stealing even though you just want to see a unit.
the parking sucks at every location
