Some things about this apartment.
Good
1) Great Location
2) Ample Parking
Bad
1) Nasty curry smell! Comes through walls at all times of the day!
2) Tiny workout room
3) Loud Geese
4) Waaayyy overpriced for the size! 485 sq ft for 1BR/1BA @ $560
5) East side kids!! -- Caught them shooting BB guns at our cars from under a bridge
You can do MUCH MUCH better than the overpriced India's Apartment Mart.
