I stayed for around 7 months at Parkview Court. Things look good till you sign the lease, then the reality comes in.
1. Management is really "rude". There's a manager named Dany ... a "very" rude guy. You would never ever like to see his face.
2. Maintenance - Very bad. I had complaint about the dryers not working fine after I signed the lease. The management said they are waiting for the parts (just a trick to procrastinate). 7 months passed, no repairs. When I called second and then third time, the manager Dany simply said "we are waiting for parts, do you understand what I just said'". This is the language the Manager uses ... ridiculous guy.
If you want to waste money, take their apartments. Highly NOT recommended !!!
