Just moved in and there is a problem waiting

We just moved a week ago to Willedrob please for god's sake never ever consider to move to willedrob which is under Apartment mart and that too basement apartment there was a pipe damage in the celing it was addressed very lately and the temporary measure they took was to put a tub from where the water was leaking they had to cut a portion of ceiling to solve the problem which was awkward for people coming in late hours they have a reason for every season The manager is so rude and the lady there does show attitude
