I just moved out from their property last month. Absolutely worst experience!

The roof was linking forever when I was there. The walls in both bedroom and bath room were ruined. I reported this problem for a million times, and never got it solved. About 3 months ago, they removed a part of ceiling (about 4 square feet) in my apartment to take a look at the roof, and never got that part of ceiling back. I was complained many times, and no one ever came over and replaced that. That was how they left my apartment roof with a huge open hole, and let me shower in cold water whenever it rained.

And it was not the whole story. After my moving, they gave me a huge bill on apartment "damage". One of the most ridicules item was $200 for a broken light cover. That thing was broken ever since I moved in. Plus, it is a small plastics item, and wouldn t worth more than $20 to replace it. I reported that problem to them for a lot of times. Not only had they never fixed that, they refused to admit it was an existing problem after I moved out, and charged me over $200 for replacement . It ends up with they took all my security deposit and actually mailed me a big bill.

However, that was not the worst part yet. The worst part was the attitude their manager took!!
