community laundry (not in dwelling) over-priced at $3 per load

secured building

good maintainance and ownership

quiet neighborhood, everyone keeps to themselves

price rising but currently a fair bargain for such a solid 2bdrm/2bath apt. near business district of Bloomington/Normal(Veteran's)
