I lived there before they changed management. The apartment was spotless when we moved in and very nice. The spare bedroom is really small but usable. Maintenance situations were handled promptly. The laundry situation sucks. The dryers do not dry your clothes unless you have a tiny load or dry them twice which is expensive. People also like to hog the laundry facilities all day. The building was very quiet and clean. Parking was an issue. Each apartment is assigned 2 spaces and there are one space garage spots available. There was a young guy in one apartment who owned 3 cars plus his roommate had a car so they took up far too many spaces. Security doors were nice. I've heard the new management is not as good as the previous manager but I would still recommend this place.
