Don't live here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived here for less than a year. The pool is closed a lot, it rarely opened on time. The equipment in the exercise room is in sad shape. The apartments are in need of repair, the carpets are stained the lawns are muddy because the workers zip through them in their golf carts. Kids run around the clubhouse fighting, cursing and stomping around. Certain residents stand around outside their cars playing loud music and leer at the ladies passing by. I wouldn't walk around there at night by myself if I was paid. The laundry room often has puddles of water on the floor from broken washing machines. I do have to say that my encounters with the office staff were pleasant, but does not outweigh the negative aspects of living here. The rent is pretty cheap, which might explain some of the riff raff seen hanging around the place. You have to park pretty far away from the door of your aparmentment, which sucks when your moving in and carrying groceries. I would never live here again, and wish that I had read some of the ratings on this site before I moved in.
