Enough said. You've obviously read all the horror stories listed so far regarding drugs, shoddy maintenance and various other nightmares... but what of those fine, un-furry creatures who've delighted us in such movies as "Creepshow" and "Joe's Apartment"' Well, these roaches don't dance. They're not cute. They don't make you feel all happy and fuzzy inside.

They make you ****ing hysterical and break your lease in one-week.

Yes, I'm sure that some of you probably don't have a problem with the critters. To you I say, "have a ball!" But to those who would rather not have "a swarm of roaches crawling inside a hole between the dishwasher and cabinets" (true story I just heard today! Joy!, then you'd best look elsewhere.

Above is the writing of my fiancee who did not have the "fun" of living in this apartment. He did, however, have to deal with me - crying, hysterical, and scared to death to even turn off a light. He had to take me to a hotel for the 3 nights before I broke this lease and found a new apartment. Stay away from this place. You can't trust the management, who said they constantly had exterminators out because there may be a "spider problem." Yeah, sure, if spiders are ROACHES!!! I have also heard of gang activity and general unsafeness of the area. Do not be lured by the low prices they give. It's a craphole, and that's why they rent for so cheap. You get what you pay for.
