I lived at the apartment complex when it was Village Green Apts., and the reason they changed their name was because of legal suits against them - no joke, check the Pantagraph files for the articles. I was a college student, so it worked, but it was noisy and not the cleanest, and I didn't meet any friendly or nice neighbors in the two years I lived there. The pool was out of order quite frequently, and the "fitness room" was a joke. The parking wasn't adequate. The rooms were rather large, though, in our 2 bedroom, especially the living room. It's decent if you need a cheaper place, but I wouldn't go out of my way to live here.
