Sort of okay

I've stayed here for past 1 year and find this place sort of okay. It has its ups and downs. Upside is that the rent is quite low. Downside is that the low rent is compensated by high gas bills which honestly I cudn't understand how we are getting that much high. Then the service is sort of okay. You have to really pursue twice or thrice to get things fixed, but they eventually are fixed.

In short, its not a really great heaven but its not that bad either.
