I have lived at the arbors for over a year now. i have had no problem with the office or maitenance staff. It is an old complex that is over twenty five years old and they do a great job trying to keep together these old buildings. The office staff has done a nice job in trying to get rid of most of the trash living around here. I would reccomend this place over many other apartments i have rented
