Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
i have lived here for over 2 yrs and been through all the changes. i have never paid my rent late but for the last 3 months i have had a late fee put on my account. everytime i go in there they say it was a glitch in the system. i have to speak to the same person each time and get the run around. one month she didn't even help me. she said she had to get home and told the other lady to print out the paper and put it on her desk. i gave my home, work and cell number and i never got a call. i had to go back in on my lunch hour to meet with her. managment has changed but it still has some left to do! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
