When I moved into this place it seemed allright. The rent was reasonable, the maintenance was and always has been terrible, but I figured I could deal with it. The wiring in the apartment SEEMED ok, but then when your garbage disposal burns out once a month and your thermostat is pretty much hit or miss and this was in one of the NEWER units. Maintenance once again is an ABSOLUTE nightmare. The office staff is friendly on the phone but once they know its a tenant customer service goes out the window. Parking is TERRIBLE and if your coming home on the weekend, you might as well park at the bank across the way. The rent hikes EVERY leasing period whether 6months or annually. The ownership has changed hands 3 times since i've been there and it's gotten consecutively worse. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!
