I have lived in some horrific places, but this beats them all. The managment has no clue to what their doing. It's social hour for all of them. The maintance men are nice, but couldn't fix a broken chair leg. If you want your exercise this is the place (not in their "fitness center"). You have to park across the complex because broken down cars have sat there for months at a time. If you choose to live in hell make sure you get reciepts for everything. They will charge you late fees because they credited someone else's account. Make sure you have air fresheners because the Indian neighbors love their spices. If you want a nice apartment, stay far far away from the Arbors. A cardboard box would keep you warmer than their 30yr old furnaces.
