FROM BAD TO WORSE

I have seen this place go from not so bad in the first year to a slum within the next three years and remains at that level. The buildings were not very well built and are noisy (doors slamming and people on the stairs)and drafty, and just don't look good. Whoever was building these units should have been fired. The swimming pools look like they are full of green pond scum all summer, and there is broken glass all over the concrete along with other trash. The tennis courts and playgrounds remain destroyed; The "fitness center" equipment remains broken; They are hard to heat and hard to cool; if you don't speak spanish, indian or ghetto, you are in a very small minority. I have been approached by people needing help from others -- to strangers approaching for money or food from my bags, ot to sell me something. There was some security employeed here during the first year and now are gone, and it shows.
