The rent is about 20% lower than other apartments. If you are living onsite to work for the largest insurer through any offshore IT service provider, then this is the place to rent to live. This is what you can afford with your salary allowance and the facilities match up to the rent. The place does have scattered trash, broken bottles, etc. thrown around, but be your own cleaner, and don't hesitate to call 911 anytime there is trouble because of the other tenants living there. We need more good people to move in so all good people can have an affordable place to stay. Maintenance is prompt to emergencies.
