Going downhill fast

This was a excellent complex when we moved in several years ago. It has since changed management several times and ownership as well. It is deteriorated to the point that it has become intolerable. Maintenance has literally ceased to exist, the manager and office staff are rude and indifferent to any complaints. Traditionally the pools ( of which we have 2 that they hype in their ads )
open on Memorial Day. In the past 3 summers it has gotten later and later. This year it was the middle of July in a summer that has been in the high 80's or 90's every day. Then they had the gall to throw out residents of the complex after the pool had only been open for a week, some 20 people, so that they could rent the pool out for a private party. They also close it frequently under the guise of chemical problems caused by the rain. Every other pool in town is open but this one.
In short DO NOT MOVE HERE.
