Honestly, this place is horrible. I only stayed because I had a pet and a lease. Within 6 months of living here, I was robbed. The robber obviously watched and waited until I left. Creepy...some random guy looking in my place every night until I leave. Broke through my window, and was out in a matter of seconds (according to a neighbor...one who called the cops).

This is because they allow section 8, and section 8 (majority of them) act like animals. My dog behaved better than 1/4 of the community here. My neighbors played music until 2 in the morning every other night and the office only sent them letter to be quiet. Even after the police showed up, they continued putting the sound on vol. 40 and played until someone finally got a job. Hooray!

I repeat...DO NOT LIVE HERE. People are very mysterious in the area and are very watchful, only because they want what you have.

Office folks are polite, maintenance guys are not bad, but the security here sucks! Check out the doors and windows if you are living on the first floor, they are cheap and a 12 year old could kick them in. When I was robbed, it only took the man a couple seconds due to the cheap material.

THE POLICE EVEN TOLD US TO MOVE AWAY! COPS ALSO SAID ROBBERIES WERE TAKING PLACE WEEKLY HERE.

Ignorance is bliss! The person that wrote this was being evicted and had no other recourse then to lie and make up stories. Go to the local Police Department, get the crime reports, do your homework, this is a nice apartment complex with small problems here and there that are addressed immediately by the staff. Please don't let a person who won't leave thier own name sway your decision process. Come out and see us and take the time to get to know the area and the people who work here, you will be surprised at hard we try to make your stay here enjoyable.
