We moved from out of state and this place is a dump! We found out about the place from their misleading web site. Staged pictures that look nothing like our apartment and probably aren't even from this complex. We were in shock by what our apartment and hallway looked like. The website says it has 2 pools, well those are broken, a playground, vandalized, swings missing, dirty and trash all around, they make off they have a fitness center its really a tiny room with home quality equipment 98% vandalized which is why they now keep it locked. The pictures are staged like the grounds are beautifully landscaped. They planted some flowers by the office entrance I??m sure for the photo. We had a couple bushes by our apartment but with trash around them. The grounds have improper drainage and everything including the sidewalks get covered with mud after a good rain. The office staff is very deceptive until you sign a lease. They have a maintenance staff that looks like gang bangers just out of prison. No type of uniform or even an ID when they come to your apartment. Their appearance that is so unprofessional is also a safety risk since major crime (Rape) has occurred in this complex. These people have keys and can enter at any time they please. This complex is a run down dump. They are trying but the staff does not have qualifications to make this dump which happens to be on prime desired property anything more then what it is. Low price housing that people move out as soon as they see it is not what it is marketed as. There is always a lot for rent in the area. Take a pass on this place.

What bad comments are false? I left after my lease was up and can honestly say everything this guy is saying is true. The place is a mess run by incompetence

retiredwop2 -- you have responded to all of the bad reviews. Do you really think that all of the bad reviews are from people who were evicted? here's a new flash for you the arbors is ONE of the worst apt complexes here in town. I've never even lived at the arbors and I know this. so you can't say i've been evicted. How do I know? WHO DOESN'T the only people who like this place is the people who are used to a not so great living environment, people who can't afford anything better and the employees. You can stick up for the place all you want but anyone who lives in bloomington knows the truth. I do believe that retiredwop is the so called "courtesy officer" that works for the arbors, how convenient huh?
