The last comment the guy was 100% right. No we were not evicted our lease was up. Unfortunately everything he said is true. Why won??t they show the real pictures' Only half the buildings are all brick yet their web site does not show this, It deceives showing only two styles both brick. More then half of the units are partial wood and dilapidated. They don't show pictures of those. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for a very short time, say you are waiting for a house closing. They do rent month to month. I would suggest putting your belongings in storage though.Cheap windows some still with bent screens from break ins. They have so many open apartments it??s unbelievable. Explains their monthly specials. The locals know about this place. If they were honest and showed the real Arbors on their web site and advertisements that can be accessed out of state most people like me never would have stayed there.Check with the local Police department about this place before signing a lease. If you look at this site Arbors have the lowest rating in Bloomington.

I don't agree with most of this but i do recommend checking the Police Dept records to see that this is onwe of the lowest crime rate areas in the city. Also the website does have the correct info, go see them in person. The open apartment are being converted into condos to better accomodate the professional sector, they are undergoing a huge remodeling project over the next few years, yes do your homework, come see the property and meet the staff, wouldn't you like to do that anyway? These apartments are ideally located and very affordable.

Apparently you did not hear about the rape of the cleaning lady, the recent drug bust or notice the gaping holes in some of the numbered buidings. Floors are rotting out, there is no getting anything fixed and the parking lot / driveways would give a mountain goat a rough time.
