Why not answer the misleading website question' Thats all the guy was asking. I have been by there and have seen no remodeling. We got an ice storm a few weeks ago, It made many tree limbs snap off. At the Arbors the limbs lay on the ground, parking lot or still dangling off the tree. My point is not really about the bad condition of the buildings, everyone agrees with that even mgmt, what upsets me is the misleading web site that makes this place look and sound much better then it is. The web site, apartment books and other sites they advertise on is pitched to people relocating to Bloomington. Like I was. It sure gives a bad impression of the whole area when you think you are moving to this nice apartment you have seen on the web, then you get here and the place is nothing like it looked on the website. The kitchen and bathroom pictures on the website look nice and newer. Ours had to be the original well over 30 years old, the cabnets were missing most of their finish and were warped, the old yellow appliances, the filthy stairway carpet, so much about this place makes their website seem fraudulant. So the place is going condo' WOW beyond the cost of the unit How much will homeowners asoc fees be with a place that needs as management says needs " updating and repair"

You can't tell what remodeling is going on by just driving by. I have seen a remodeled unit and it is beautiful. No offense, but next time try actually turning into the parking lot before making judgments.
