Roaches showed up in the first week after I moved in and I battled them throughout the entire length of the lease! The management told me I must have brought them and I needed to take care of it myself. Very unprofessional. THe arbors are becomming a slum!

IF THE ROACHES SHOWED UP AFTER YOU MOVED IN, IT SEEMS TO REASON THAT IN FACT YOU DID BRING THEM IN WITH YOU. CLEAN UP THE HOUSE AND BAIT FOR ROACHES, WHY DOES EVERYONE THINK THAT THE APARTMENT EMPLOYEES WILL DO EVERYTHING FOR THE RESIDENTS, HOW ABOUT THEY TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEMSELVES. JUST LOOK AT THE WAY PEOPLE LEAVE GARBAGE AND BEER CANS ALL OVER, QUIT BEING LAZY AND TAKE SOME CARE OF WHERE YOU LIVE. A SLUM??? NOT HARDLY, LOOK AROUND THE OTHER PROPERTIES AND THEN WATCH ALL THE CHANGES GOING ON AT THE ARBORS.

Why is it that apartment employees always think that just because an apartment has bugs that it's the tenants fault? what if the person before them had roaches and never complained? then how would management know that the apartment is infested? they don't, they just assume the new person brought them. It's sad. it's always the tenant's fault, never management's

i had the exact same problem living in the arbors, what a horrible...horrible experience!

I WORKED AT THE ARBORS AND JUST ABOUT ALL THE BUILDINGS HAVE BUGS. THEY SPRAY BEFORE YOU MOVE IN BUT IT DOES NOT KILL THEM IF THE WHOLE BUILDING HAS THEM. SO I KNOW SOME PEOPLE ARE NASTY BUT NOT EVERYONE. IF YOU ARE CLEAN PEOPLE GREAT BUT LOOK WHAT LIVES AROUND YOU AND POINT IT OUT TO THE OFFICE.
