I have lived in the Arbors for a little over one year. What everyone needs to realize is that these apartments are not brand new construction. These apartments are older but the rent shows that. Anyone paying $500 for a 2 bedroom or $600 for a townhouse needs to go to another apartment community and try to find those prices. Anyone can see that the front is being made into condos and there have been MANY people looking at them. If the Arbors was a bad place to live then why would anyone want to buy a condo on the Arbors property' I've put in many work order requests for minor little things that were wrong in my townhouse. If it doesn't get done within 1 or 2 days, then call up to the office and talk to the manager! You can guarantee that it will get fixed! The office staff is great. I thought that the comment about the office staff was funny! They are all friendly. No one is perfect! But going in with a crappy attitude won't get you anywhere. Treat others how you want to be treated. I would suggest the Arbors to anyone that I know!

BULL CRAP! being an old building has nothing to do with the management sitting on their lazy asses not doing what they should be doing. lay off the weed and maybe then you could make a significant contribution to this review instead of causing confusion for those really trying to figure out whether or not they want to move here. It's idiots like you who keep these jack asses in business. ...as a matter of fact you're probably the fatty I went and talked to and told me this place was safe. lay off the burgers. they're are impairing your judgment.
