Don't let the Arbors fool you!

I've been a resident in the arbors for over a year now and honestly it sucks! I'm currently looking to vacate the premises AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I understand the construction is horrible so rent is cheap but thats no excuse, i'm now moving in another 2 bedroom w/ALL utilities paid for the same price as the arbors and the construction is in A1 shape, don't get me wrong, i did live in the arbors for over a year but i was 19 and going for the first thing i could find, i now realize my mistake. The potholes are terrible, the plumbing in my bathroom kept backing up, the walls are paper thin and the basement apartments don't circulate heat or air properly. Oh yea, whatever your neighbors are cooking you'll be sure to smell in the hallways! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. As far as the condos and renovations, thats only in the front, the back is horrible and no one has the time to wait for them to get to that. The arbors can KICK ROCKS!! LOL!
