One can tell that the management is trying to do things better at the Arbors but it is just not happening very fast. I have never in my life lived with roaches and have at the Arbors since the day I moved in. I continuously get stared at walking to my car by the wanna be Mexican thugs. There have been several times that my friends have called me asking if I was okay because they heard yet again that there were police looking for men with guns at the Arbors and because of various robberies in the bars adjacent. I hope you don't have a weak stomach because the smell of Indian cooking is very prevalent!

I completely agree the apartment is cheap but I would pay three times as much if I would have known that there was roaches and everything is dirty and broken. I moved in and immediately my A/C went out and they told me that they could not fix it. The property is horrible I am embarrassed to say that I lived here I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemies. I too have roaches and when brought to the managements attention nothing happened. It seems that they only focus and the few condos that they offer and forget that there is apartments that need work and are falling apart. The only thing that is nice about the apartment is the office staff. The rest just sucks. Definitely not worth any thing to stay here.

I just had the cops come out yesterday because one of those wannabe thugs followed me and it was the last straw! I dread walking to and from my car... And to the person above me.. the told me the same thing about my AC but I threatened them with the city and they fixed it immediately.
