Still live here and currently looking to move. What the past tenant said about the manager is true. Nothing will get fixed. Since I have lived here, this place has only went DOWNHILL. It is a nice, big place for your buck, although if you like your safety, peace & quite, and a manager who will at least cut the grass when it is knee high you better look somewhere else. I have many friends who live out here and they are in the process of moving also. If the manager ever did background checks before, they are not being done now. Some of the new neighbors are just about the equivalent of living next door to Red Fox (Market Street). I have seen drug deals. The children in this neighborhood are poorly supervised many of them running through the parking lot, playing ball in the lot, and riding bikes with no reguards if they hit a parked car. The police have been out here several times. The outside lights have finally been replaced yet it is still not up to par. I can go on and on, yet I will spare everyone the rest, just keep looking you will find an apartment.
