I've lived in the Brickyard for just over 1 year and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apt in the Bloomingon area. All units have the convenience of an in-suite w/d and a small balcony for units on the upper floors.

The clubhouse provides a modest fitness facility but certainly doesn't compare to the level that the local gym can provide nearby.

Restaurants, shops, and recreation are conveniently located within a short walking distance. But most everything else is a short convenient commute by car or other alternative transportation.
