As a tenant for two years, I've been generally happy with my 2br/2ba unit on the 2nd floor. The only complaint I have are the occasional neighborly noise(but you can't escape this in apt complex) and the seemingly endless congregation of bugs/insects by my front door(My unit is next to the swamp... ahem, i meant water preserve!) I would definitely opt for a 3rd floor unit if possible.

The clubhouse is always available for any after hours recreation. And the fitness room, while it is not to the level of your local health club, is good enough for the health conscious individual.

Lastly, the staff is always professional and courteous. They are very personable and seem to care about taking care of your needs.
