The layout of the two bedroom apartment with the bedrooms, combined with the tall ceilings, tall windows and patio and garage(optional) make this an above average apartment for the area. If you work nearby, it's very convenient.

The appliances and heater/air conditioner system are a bit noisy. The noise level overall can be poor at times. I can hear my nieghbor's washer/dryer running in the evening.
