This is an alright place if you're moving to town, have a pet, and need a temporary place.

Rent, in my opinion, is overpriced for what you get. Small space, not laid out well.

Noise was a problem. Frequently heard doors slamming and people walking on stairwells, other apartments, etc...

Grounds are not well kept. The dog "play" area is disgusting...not cleaned up by either pet owners or management. Waste bin in said "play area" is rarely emptied and overflows regularly.

Exercise room is not a selling point. Equipment was not well kept and was either noisy, falling apart, or just didn't work very well.

Parking lot surface is crummy, broken glass in lot remained for months. Grass gets very long before mowed.

Maintenance: Called twice for same problem that was never really permanently fixed.

The security "gates" are more hassle than they are worth. Don't expect a flimsy 1x4 that is broken regularly to keep you safe...

I had no problems with the management on site. They seemed like any other apartment managers.

Bottom line: It's okay for short-term. If you're looking for a place longer than, say, 6 months look elsewhere. Lots of other places will give you a much better deal for your money.
