I have been a resident at Brickyard Apartments for over two years. I had noticed a downturn in service over the past year, but they recently changed managers and the place got way better really fast. I get a smile and a friendly hello when I walk through the office or call, my front door just got painted without me asking. The place just feels cleaner overall. I am not exactly sure what is going on, I was shopping for a new place to stay, but have decided to stick around and see if they keep it up.

Funny what happens when the corporate office finally decides to throw some money into the place, isn't it? I heard this why management left in the first place.
