I began my stay with Broadmoor Park Apartments in 1999 as a student at ISU. I wanted to get away from the "college" crowd. The staff was very professional and curtious when showing me the apartments. They also were very helpful explaining the lease. When I moved in I was surprised to receive home phone numbers of management and maintenance, (which I never had to use). I was also asked if I would need any help moving, and if I was familar with the area. The staff assured me to call if I had any questions about ANYTHING! The few maintenance request that I had were taken care of within the business day.
Being a single female, I always felt safe entering and leaving my apartment.
Although this is not "new" construction, the upkeep and the dedicated maintenance will ensure many more years of happy renters.
Now that I have completed my education and will begin my carreer, I hope that I will find an apartment complex that will give me the attention that I received during my stay at Broadmoor Park Apartments.
