I lived in one of the furnished apartments. It was a very basic level place with good appliances. The bathroom was very old and the water pressure on the second floor made it hard to take a decent shower - the hot water would suddenly switch off.

One big gripe - we scrubbed the place clean as a whistle when we moved out but they charged us anyway to have their cleaning person come by and "clean up". Don't waste your time trying to get your deposit back - they'll keep some of it anyway.
