I lived in the Broadmoor Apartments on two seperate occations between 1997 and 2001. Management is nice an repaire are completed extreemly fast. The buildings are OLD, but the rent is reasonable. You get whet you pay for. I would recommend them overall, unless you are trying to impress your guests.
