We lived at Broadmoor Cortez for a few years and I definately would not reccommend it. First off, the bathroom and kitchen both have carpet. The toilet overflowed and they did nothing to fix it. When we moved in the place was dirty. The tub was very old with mold in thr grout. The halls smelled. The hot water in the shower was sporadic and noisy. In the parking lot, if you like oil dumped all over the spots this place is for you. If you put down a pet deposit make a copy of your check because I was charged twice. And as for getting your security deposit back- good luck. We cleaned for 8 hours and the place was spottless- better than when we moved in and we still did not receive the whole deposit back. Also, the walls are paper thin so hope for good neighbors. We had drug dealers for awhile which was quite the treat. As for maintenence, they will come within a couple days to "look" at the problem but usually nothng was done. Tent camping in the woods would be a couple steps up from these apartments.

I know the leases are month to month only requireing 30 days notice to vacate. It seems odd to live there for a fews years if you were so unhappy.
