Great value, clean, would stay there again

I was in Bloomington under a 1 year contract and stayed at Cortez apartments during this time. It was inexpensive, very flexible in the lease, clean, parking right out side my door (10'). I would highly recommend it to anyone. Very convenient with stores, restaurants, and medical facilities close by. Friendly staff (Joyce and Tom especially), they went out of their way to assist, even when I locked myself out on a Sunday morning. Deposit was returned in a timely fashion also.
