| This place is simply awful. Lot of bugs and really moldy. Plenty of druggies if you like that kind of neighborhood. You can hear and see the cops there every night. Do not stay here if you want to live! ... more | ||||||||||||

| I was in Bloomington under a 1 year contract and stayed at Cortez apartments during this time. It was inexpensive, very flexible in the lease, clean, parking right out side my door (10'). I would highly recommend it to anyone. ... more | ||||||||||||
