I have been living here for the past three months and no problems so far.
- THe landscaping is well done and maintained.
- Gated community is , admittedly, a joke since the apartment complex is not really walled up. And, as mentioned by other residents, you cannot walk or bike into the complex through the gate.
- For the minimal maintenance requests I have made, their response has been prompt and good.
- THe office folks have been easy and friendly.
- No flat tires
- No noise problems either....but I work from 8 to 5.
