It is not just the same person saying not to rent here. The management has lost my rent checks and do a terrible job of maintaining the parking during the winter. My car constantly slid on ice and was buried in the snow left by their snow blows, which have very little regard for the cars parked outside. My husband slipped on the ice and they tried to tell him it was his fault for the way he was walking into the building. They are also very inconsistent in the rules they choose to follow. For example, there are grills everywhere and satelite dishes everywhere (which are not allowed) while other rules are rigidly followed.

Grills are illegal there? That's news. Check your lease for this information.
