If you are looking for poor management, even worse maintenance, loud and disrespectful neighbors, this is the place for you.

I've lived here for six months now, and would move out today if I could. These apartments are horrible!

The previous tenant of my apartment moved out leaving all of his utilities unpaid. The management company then tried to charge ME the money! My water was shut off for a week (because they "forgot" to pay the water company the overdue money), my car was broken into in the parking lot (my driver's side window was shattered, and my iPod was stolen), my neighbors smoke a certain illegal substance on a regular basis (and having the police visit doesn't seem to do a thing to stop them.) I can't get rid of the smell in my apartment - and I have nothing to do with it!

There were a number of maintenance issues with the place when I signed the lease (missing window screens, leaky air unit, stains on the carpet, etc.) - all of which were *promised* to be fixed upon my move in. Well, it's six months later and I STILL have maintenance issues (namely the broken/drafty windows now that it's December). I made the mistake of actually believing them when they said something would be fixed. Yeah, right.

Really, if you are looking for a quality apartment, this is NOT it.

I am looking for an apartment or house for rent in Bloomington or Normal that is nice and has at least 3 bedrooms. I can afford up to $1500/month. Any suggestions as to who to call? Doesn't sound like this is the place for me... ha ha! Good luck with your living situation!
