The maintenance is horrible in this place. It is a building that is for limited incomes but that shouldn't hinder the maintenance aspect. Steve, the manager, does not follow up on maintenance issues no matter the amount of complaints you file. I work in this building with people with disabilities and mmet alot of people that live her and deal with not getting their needs met. I have a friend that lives here and had no central heat throughout the 07 winter but was given a heater by the manager "to make up for that"..their apartment was horribly cold during last winter because of the maintance...or lack their of. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

i lived in this building for two year everytime something have in my apartment it was fixed right away. as far as maintainance outside of my apartment it could have been much better.i also feel that the new management that took over the build should not have taking the freebe table away some people my need other people treasures

I agree with the response above-the freebie table is back and things are on the upswing here with the new management! Every maintenance problem I have had has been fixed immediately!
