I have lived here for a few months now, and have been pretty unsatisfied with everything in general. Besides the noise, you'll have to deal with people stopping by at all hours of the night to pick up drugs from the dealers there. The hallways always smell like pot with a flowery spray over it to cover it up. The office staff is the worst that I have ever experienced. They are indifferent to any concerns that you may have, and they are hardly there anyway. The rent is one of the cheapest in Bloomington, which helps, but apart from that, this place is nothing to write home about.
