I have lived at Fox Hill since for a year now both in a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. I will admit that the apartments are smaller, but they are 10 years old and the rent is affordable. Yes, there is sometimes noise, there have been drugs and I'm sure there are still some pot smokers. I'm not saying that I agree with this all, but no matter where you live, there will be problems. I have lived near ISU campus although I was not a student, I lived at PineCrest and experienced the same things here at Fox Hill. The staff at Fox Hill was great until a couple of months ago. The manager was young, but talented. She kept it realy and understood real life problems that we all face. I think that in today's society, you need a caring staff and that is what Fox Hill did. The staff was close to the tenants and generally cared, but then there were management changes and time will only tell.
