My building is pretty quiet, with only one pot smoker! Alot of the apartment living annoyances are normal. The maintenance guy is quick to make any repairs and the management is always available. My apartment is very nice. The apartment complex is in a sketchy area, but every area on the west side is sketchy. There are sometimes police around...which I'm thankful for! I think that the rent is too high for the area. I am ok living here, but I would not recommend this apartment for anyone who has children.
