My roommate has lived in one of their properties on Wiledrob since they bought it from Redbird and I have lived here almost a full year. We received a notice that they where going to terminate the lease and expected us to be out by Nov. 30th, also they plan to show our fully furnished apartment to prospective buyers while we try to move, talk about adding insult to injury. They have given no reason why they are terminating our lease. The apartment is falling apart, the carpet is horrible and disgusting. The kitchen and bathroom are actually carpeted! If thats not the dumbest thing I've ever seen it has to be our ancient non-working dishwasher or our "security/ controlled entry" system that hasn't worked for three years. For one of those three years they actually expected us to be able to get in a locked door without an intercom, needless to say that was a real pain in the ass. To top it all off three doors in the apartment don't latch right, including the front door. My thought is they are going to re-carpet the place and jack the rent up $100. My advice, dont rent here, they dont fix anything right and are really big bastards when you want something out of them, like a reason for your eviction. I've heard the ones across the street are nice.
