Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived in Angler's Cove (1002 Arlene Ct) and the maintenance and management staff were more than accomodating with our needs. I would highly reccomend this place to any young couple starting out or looking for a positive change of pace.
----, the landlord guy (have no idea what his title is, but he showed us the apartment) was the best of the best. Any time we had a problem, maintenance was there to make sure it was corrected quickly and correctly, the first time.
Being a military veteran, attention to detail is of utmost importance to me. The staff was courteous and kind, always willing to help whenever they could.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is just starting out and looking for a quiet, safe, efficient, convenient place to live.
