Lived there for many years. After the property was purchased by the new owners, it was a rocky road for sure!!! When i left not to long ago, they seem to have pulled together. I hated it after they bought the property, but after about 6 months, everything was back to normal again. They address concerns immediately, and are very helpful, no matter what you ask of them. The maint. guys are 2 very nice guys! Was a nice, secluded, quiet place to live.
